With strong positive momentum, and the appropriate groundwork and infrastructure in place, our Board is now seeking to appoint the Trust’s first ever CEO to lead the organisation’s executive team and deliver our Strategic Plan.
We are looking for an individual who is dynamic, ambitious, has a commercial mindset, a track record in fundraising across trusts, foundations and high net worth individuals, the ability to grow strong relationships, a proven ability to manage growth across a national organisation, commitment to diversity and inclusion and a strong interest in choral music.
You will have the support of a highly engaged Board, diverse in experience and skills, and a driven and accomplished team of staff.
